About Us

Enright Richards is a limited company owned and managed by Joseph Enright and Haydn Richards.

We are private investors who operate primarily in South Tyneside, however we cover other areas in the North East of England.

We help property sellers to move on with their life when they want to sell their property quickly, their circumstances have changed or they want to remove the hassle of dealing with multiple people involved in the sale.

Our target property is usually in need of some modernisation, proving difficult to sell

or about to be advertised in an auction to offload it.

We help tenants to find quality homes at reasonable rates. We are currently focused on single let properties.

We purchase flats and houses that need updating or renovating to be of a standard that we would be happy

to advertise on the private rental market.
